Does it matter where my business is located or what industry I'm in??

Not at all! Because we work remotely, we’re able to support businesses anywhere in the U.S. using secure, cloud-based tools that make collaboration seamless. Our team has experience across many different industries—from service-based businesses to retail, construction, and beyond—so we understand the unique challenges you face and can tailor our bookkeeping to fit your needs.

Is there a contract?

Nope! Your relationship with us as your bookkeeper will be month-to-month and you can make changes at any time.

How often will I communicate with my bookkeeper?

As often as you need! At the very least, we’ll connect monthly to review your financials and make sure everything is on track. But if questions come up in between, we’re just a call, email, or Zoom away. Think of us as your ongoing financial partner—not someone you only hear from once in a while

We use QuickBooks—the #1 accounting software in the world—and we’re Certified Advanced ProAdvisors ! That means your books are in expert hands. And don’t worry, you’ll always have full ownership and access to your account while we handle the heavy lifting—giving you clean, accurate financials you can rely on to grow your business.

Will you also do my taxes?

We don’t file taxes ourselves, but we’ll make tax season a whole lot easier! We keep your books organized all year long and prepare everything your CPA needs to file. That way, you can be confident your numbers are accurate and that you’re only paying what you actually owe.
